Napoleon (Lusitano cross) owned ridden and trained by Una Clancy Sadly no longer with us.
Una Clancy is from Northern Ireland where she started riding 40 years ago. She has been instructing and teaching for over twenty five years and has qualifications from 3 countires.
15 years in Ireland concentrating on show jumping and cross country as well as studing for BHS qualifications.
7 years in Portugal she trained in classical dressage as well as Portuguese Equitation. On her last trip (3 years) she worked for Joao Carlos Pamplona a well known Bull Fighter riding his exhibition horses and taught at his riding school, Quinta do Mahlinha.
While in Portugal she studied for and passed her Sela V (level 5) Exam awarded by the Portuguese Equestrain Federation.
She has passed ARIA American Riding Instructors Recreactional Riding Level 3 and Dressage Level 2
Working with students from many disciplines, including dressage, jumping, trail, medevial games as well as working with gaited horses.
Lessons in Lunging, Long Lining and Working Inhand also available.
Una is comfortable working with stallions as well as young horses.
